Penny Ling is the cutest and kindest of the Littlest Pet Shop Characters. She loves to dance with her ribbons and is always up for a hug. She can be shy, but whenever someone needs cheering up, she is by their side. She is a sensitive panda bear and a great friend to the other pets and her human friend Blythe.
